💡 TerraPower Lands $650M from NVIDIA's VC Arm and Bill Gates
Next-generation nuclear power company TerraPower, founded by Bill Gates, announced it has closed a $650 million funding round. The investment includes new investor NVentures, the venture capital arm of NVIDIA, alongside existing investors.
The capital will be used to advance the development and construction of its Natrium reactor technology, which pairs an advanced nuclear reactor with a gigawatt-scale energy storage system. 🧠 AI Healthcare Assistant Nabla Secures $70M in Series C Funding
Nabla, a company building an AI assistant for clinical care, raised $70 million in a Series C round, bringing total funding to $120M. The round was led by HV Capital, with participation from Highland Europe, DST Global, and existing investors.
The funding will be used to expand its agentic AI capabilities deeper into clinical workflows, aiming to reduce clinician burnout and automate administrative tasks. This involves enhancing its platform to handle tasks like real-time coding support, initiating EHR actions, and adapting to various clinical roles to improve efficiency.
