EliseAI, a leader in AI automation for the housing and healthcare industries, has closed a $250 million Series E funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz.
The new capital, which doubles the company's valuation to $2.2 billion, will be used to expand its team and accelerate product innovation in automating complex operational workflows like leasing and patient scheduling.
OpenAI's CFO, Sarah Friar, outlined the company's ambitious future plans, which include potentially spending trillions on building and optimizing massive, AI-focused data centers.
Friar also revealed that OpenAI is considering a new business line inspired by Amazon Web Services, where it would rent out its proprietary AI infrastructure to other businesses, creating a major new revenue stream and securing its competitive edge.
